The future is coming and those leaders and organizations who are best prepared, are the ones who will flourish.

The leadership challenges are predictable: look at the population demographics; pay attention to the methods and materials of construction; think about today’s communications and watch the news!  These issues are neither good nor bad, right nor wrong – they are.  How leaders choose to deal with them is a choice.  We can take advantage of the changes; or we can bury our heads in the sand and try to deal with the consequences – but the changes are coming. This presentation will highlight the significant issues that the FES will face over the next 25 years.
